Immerse yourself in the stillness until you reach that space in the universe where we become love itself. Instead of wandering like a dry sponge seeking to absorb moisture from the outside world, move through life radiating love, watering everything you encounter with your inner abundance.

Look at somebody in the supermarket and gaze at them with love. Just look at them and remember that you and they are in the stew together. Observe how they are dealing with life. Notice what they have gone through. Look at the lines in their face. Appreciate them. Appreciate us.
