Conscious Choice

This work holds the energy of possibilities

Sometimes we are forced to make a difficult choice. As I witnessed my oldest daughter going through this process, I noticed that I jumped to conclusions for her. 

During this process I started to paint and got reminded that sometimes we have to stand still to feel and listen. 

We sat down together and made a list of pros and cons, using her intuition by tuning into her body to feel what was the best option for her. 

Our body is so wise. We need to take the time to stand still, feel and really listen.
