The Inner Artist

Emerge with us, into three months of turning inward, nourishing our creativity and deepening our connection with The Inner Artist.

There is something beautiful about creating during the darker months of the year.

As nature slows down, becomes quieter and turns inward, we are naturally invited to do the same.

Not necessarily to create something new, but to come into deeper connection with what is already within us.

To listen more closely.
To trust what we find.
To give our inner world the space, attention and nourishment it needs to express itself.

The Inner Artist is a 3-month intimate circle for women who want to nourish their creativity, reconnect with their inner world and deepen their trust in their own creative voice.

Together, we’ll explore four themes:

*SAFETY*

Creating the inner and outer conditions to soften, open and feel safe enough to create.

*PLAY* 

Letting go of the need to get it right and rediscovering curiosity, experimentation and joy.

*VULNERABILITY*

Daring to meet the parts of ourselves that want to be seen, expressed and shared.

*EMBODIMENT*

Moving from knowing and thinking into feeling, sensing and living what is true for you.

Across these three months, we will come together for four intimate evenings, each one centred around one of these themes.

We’ll slow down.
We’ll share.
We’ll create.
We’ll explore.
We’ll listen to what is moving underneath the surface.

You are very welcome to bring The Artist’s Way along with you, or move through it alongside the circle. During these months, we’ll keep up with our Morning Pages and share weekly inspiration in the group: beautiful exhibitions to visit, creative prompts and ideas for your own Artist Dates.

But above all, this is about NOURISHMENT.

Our intention is to create a space that feels like an anchor in the final months of the year. A warm circle to return to when the outside world gets busy (def. in December).

Feel: candlelight, a fire, tea, chocolate, beautiful conversations, creativity, warmth and abundance.

A place where you don’t have to perform, produce or become anything. A place to simply be with yourself, with your creativity and with other women. There are only 6 places available, so we can create a truly intimate and held circle.
